Immediately to its east is Woody Island and together these islands are known as the Low Isles.The Low Isles are Commonwealth Heritage listed places (ID 105367) and have a diversity of Indigenous, historic and natural heritage values of which the department has a responsibility to identify, protect and conserve.The related site infrastructure, flora and fauna must not be adversely affected during or after the construction process with a cautious approach mandatory,changing as much as necessary but as little as possible. It has been identified that the works required to be undertaken are: Assistant Lighthouse Keepers Residence Full deck refurbishment on one (1) residence; Full roof removal and replacement on one (1) residence including solar panel removal and reinstatement and solar hot water system removal and replacement. Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory designated site visit to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of the requirements to accurately respond to the Request for Quote and deliver this project.
