In order to meet the municipality's need for ongoing maintenance and operation of the municipality's property portfolio, the municipality intends to enter into framework agreements with two tenderers for plumbing and sanitary services. The work will comprise a number of assignments of varying size and scope, including major renovations, replacements of old equipment and installations, as well as repairs and maintenance assignments for existing equipment and installations. The total estimated contract value is NOK 11 - NOK 15 million a year. The upper limit for both contracts is NOK 80 million over 4 years.
