This extension Involves: - Improved area management (building and development projects) - Improved management of service (cleaning) - Energy consumption management, - Waste management, - Environmentally-friendly management of buildings (EMAS) - Management of preventive maintenance (Computerised Maintenance Management System), - Management of work and call-out requests, - Management of work and fire allowded Authorisations, - Improved management of non-compliance with occupational health and safety standards, - Management of compliance with environmental standards, with the aim of Obtaining the operating license from the Ministry of the Environment of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, - EMAS management of non-compliance.
