Object of the contract bearing the choice of supplier: HW for the needs of RAILWAY includes the development and modernization of existing infrastructure, as well as increasing the level of safe operation of the IT infrastructure with the needs of the contracting authority in term four years and includes: - The supply of goods (hardware and software) according to Annex no. 2 Specifications (item individual components and services), including the so-called. upgrade - as the extension of the other components of a particular type, etc. under the operational needs of the contracting authority, - Provision of services for selected ICT services (consulting, implementation, installation, configuration, voice, application development, data center infrastructure, basic training and support services specified, arising from the resolution of individual preparation of specific projects of modernization of existing infrastructure) in accordance with Annex no. 2 Technical Specifications, - Client service department (helpdesk), as the central department for reporting defects and service calls 24x7 given the continuous operation and ensure the safety of operations ZSR. Reporting warranty defects and the other two-way communication must be allowed in Slovak with acknowledgment of receipt messages. The contract with reference to the foregoing: supply network components LAN, network management software, SAN components, disk arrays, servers RAC Blade RISC components tape library, technical components-voice services, software-extension of the existing environment, DWDM components, tablets, firewalls and other security features of the network infrastructure, software and related licenses virtualization platform, installation and configuration services related to installing and configuring components and software components of servers, storage, virtualization infrastructure and network infrastructure. The contract also includes services service support and operation of the client workstation (Helpdesk). The contracting authority requires that applicants supplied hardware infrastructure was flexible enough to provide power and capacity parameters for the operation and application equipment uptime and its safety has been reliably secured. In the event that a device is recognized under warranty factual defect candidate will ensure the repair or replacement of a new plant on site and without delay.
