Almere performs this tender as a contracting authority and has been authorized by the said municipalities. The result of this tender is the climate ambition of municipalities; these municipalities to reduce their CO2 emissions. One way to give this aim concrete form, by stimulating the generation of renewable energy. By placing solar power plant (s) on the roofs of buildings that are municipal property or related to the municipality, the municipalities set a good example. The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the supply of the own roof generated solar. The agreement sets out the terms under which the contractor provides power for 15 years through which he placed into operation in solar power installations on municipal roofs. Market participants are invited to provide a quote based on the information provided in accordance with the requirements and wishes in the tender and related documents are formulated with respect to the offer, information on the bidder / supplier, supply, service , conditions and some other aspects.
