Suppliers are required for the delivery of construction related works to properties requiring adaptation changes to assist occupants to maintain a degree of independence when disability limits daily activity. This framework will have 3 lots comprising of the following: lot 1 major internal & external adaptations to the property where the cost is more than £1000 funded by dfg but cannot be more than £30,000 (this lot will not include extensions to properties which will be subject to an independent procurement exercise); lot 2 minor external and internal works to properties with an individual value less than £1000; lot 3 minor external an internal works relating to electrical and visual impairment works with an individual value of less than £1000.
