For the purpose of implementing the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of October 26, 2016, the Act on Plant Health (OG 127/19) articleParagraph 10, paragraph 2, point 12 stipulates that the Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food participates in the introduction and development of information systems in the field of plant health in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. The subject of procurement is the procurement of MOBIDI PEST application upgrade services for the needs of the Ministry of Agriculture,of Forestry and Fisheries and the State Inspectorate of the Republic of Croatia for the needs of the Center for Plant Protection, an organizational unit of the Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food, in accordance with the Technical (functional) specification, the Cost Estimates and the entire Procurement Documentation, in which the name,quantity and other conditions necessary for making an offer.
