Contract award notice: Increase line speed at Rikonín - Vlkov Tisnova. Processing of the construction project (hereinafter PS) will be constructed in different stages, including complete documents needed for building permits and applying for building permits, commencement of construction works (possible changes), document processing health and safety coordinator for the construction of railways pursuant to Act No. 309/2006 Coll. the extent Activity Specification Safety Coordinator (see tender documentation Part 2 Part 1 of Annex no. 9) and ensure the author~s supervision in the range of range specifications author~s supervision (see tender documentation Part 2 Part 1 of Annex no. 9). PS The Contractor shall ensure the development and delivery of customer documents for the tender for the construction realization in the required amount and form (special specifications and bills of quantities). PS The Contractor shall ensure that the processing of applications for building permits needed, including all required documents and attachments. Part of the work is also a request for the initiation of building management, the administrative fee will be paid by the contracting authority SP (SZDC see above) subject of the work is ensuring a final building permit. The Contractor shall provide a certificate of conformity issued by the Notified Body for subsystems control and security, energy and infrastructure in line with the directives of the European Commission and the Council on the interoperability of the conventional rail system and issue the client EC declaration of conformity for each subsystem, enclosing a copy of the certificate of conformity. The contractor of the project currently designs and with property owners affected by the construction discuss options and leveling property rights in accordance with statements of their respective owners, which are included in the PD H. They renewed expression operators and administrators of potential groundwater orders and owners of affected properties. The contractor will use all applicable surveys conducted in preparation for the project Increasing line speed at Rikonín - Vlkov from r. 2014 as necessary to ensure the implementation of complementary surveys necessary for the processing of project documentation. The project construction will meet the requirements of the Act. no. 183/2006 Coll. and its implementing regulations, particularly Decree. no. 146/2008 Coll., all as amended. Furthermore, the directive will respect the RIA DG no. 11/2006 and no.16 / 2005, Reg. 230/2012 Coll. and interoperability requirements route.
