The subject of the tender is to upgrade the SAP information system for management of the economy and human resources, which uses 6 public universities since 2004 in version 4.6C since 2008 in version ECC 6.0, the latest version and other services associated with this system. 1. Upgrade SAP (4 public universities - the Technical University of Ostrava, Palacky University in Olomouc, JAMU, TBU), including: 1.1 upgrade of the SAP software system to the latest version of SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7, Netweawer 4.7 Oracle 12 g Release 2 (11.2), Red Hat Linux Enteriprise 6; 1.2 conversion to Unicode; 13. SAP software integration with information systems in a range according to the specifications of individual public universities; 1.4 compact the database; 1.5 support for annual financial statements. 2. Services realized after an upgrade (for 5 public universities - the Technical University of Ostrava, Palacky University in Olomouc Mendell, JAMU, TBU), including: 1.2 consulting, setup, adjustment of the SAP system implemented remotely and / or locally; 2.2 development, development of SAP system implemented on the basis of the processed target concept.
