The upgrade shall include implementing software enhancements and new functionality for the LBFMS agencies. Many optional tasks exist because of the length of the project, expected to complete in FY26, and the nature of FSD's funding for this project. Most optional tasks are expected to be exercised as funding becomes available.The required project phases include:• Review and Update Momentum Software Upgrade Requirements• Provide Upgrade Planning, which includes an impact analysis and developing a project planThe optional project phases include:• Configuring the initial test environment• Creating an application design• Standing up additional test environments• Performing system configuration and development of the upgraded application, which includes interface updates• Replacing reports and interfaces with SQR code, which will no longer be supported in the application• Perform three phases of system testing, Mock 1, Mock 2, and Mock 3• Support User acceptance testing• Perform System implementation and cutover• Provide ...
