Oblasten upravite Maintenance of information technology equipment Contract award: the subject of this contract is: keeping technical resources sector special register nra. The object of the contract includes: 1. Prevention of technical means and standard TEMPEST UPS-and. 2. Keeping in continuous performance of the technical means and standard TEMPEST UPS-and a place in the Head Office of the NRA or repair in the Contractor. All costs for parts maintenance are borne by the Contractor. 3. In the event that the maintenance in continuous performance technical resources can not be secured, the Contractor shall deliver to the Employer certified TEMPEST standard replacement equipment with the same or better technical parameters. 4. Assistance in operation of means and standard TEMPEST UPS-site and at the request of the Contracting Authority. 5. Ensure that the Contractor maintenance of technical equipment standard TEMPEST, according to the manufacturer Secure Systems & Technologies Ltd, UK. 6. In the event of the necessity of implementing control measurements by the authorities of the National Security Agency after the repair, the Contractor is responsible for providing all necessary actions and activities to comply with the standard TEMPEST. Responsibility includes the supply of new technical means in the event of a negative result of SANS blank. 7. Provide support and technical assistance from the Contractor if necessary at no additional charge. 8. Response time of the call - up to 2 hours of notification to the Contractor by phone and e-mail. 9. Consideration and adoption of the work: a monthly report form.
