The microscope shall permit observation of metallographic samples in bright field, Dark field, Polarized light and dic contrast. The microscope must use high-intensity led illumination and be equipped with high-grade lenses, At least plansemiapochromat. The delivery must include a color camera and adequate software for 2d and 3d imaging and basic image analysis. The supplied pc must be equipped with adequate software for controlling the microscope, Storing the images and making adjustments and image analysis.
