This consultation concerns: regulatory Maintenance service of water treatment equipment of the buildings of the City of Meyzieu. This open adapted procedure is subject to the provisions of Article 28-I of the Public Procurement Code. This consultation will be passed under Article 77 of the public procurement code relating to orders to markets. This is a purchase-order contract without minimum and maximum and a trader: - Lot 1 regulatory maintenance of backflow: 15 000 EUR HT maximum / year - Lot 2 regulatory maintenance of softeners: 20 000 EUR maximum HT / year - Lot 3 Maintenance regulatory electrolytic treatments: 16 000 EUR maximum HT / year. This contract is the contract period is one year from the date of notification. It can be tacitly renewed 2 times for successive periods of one year. In any event, the duration of the contract may not exceed 3 years. The renewal is considered accepted if no written decision to the contrary is taken by the contracting authority at least three months before the end of the period of validity of the market. The contracting authority reserves the right to use the procedures of Article 35-II-5 of the Public Procurement Code for the award of a complementary market and Article 35-II-6 ° for the realization of benefits similar to those entrusted to the holder.
