The initiation and carrying out of the procurement procedure will be carried out by the joint association of several contracting authorities, according to the provisions of art. 44 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement. In this document through the term contracting authority, the association of contracting authorities between the General Inspectorate of Border Police (association leader) and the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police (associate) will be understood. br 2. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of at least 10 and maximum 75 quick intervention boats. 3. The contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all the clarification requests/additional information, only once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders, insofar as these requests were sent within the deadline. ..
