Contract award notice: Technical assistance for the preparation of grant applications and project documentation award for regional infrastructure development of water and wastewater in Braila in 2014-2020. Service contract Technical assistance for the preparation of grant applications and project documentation award for regional infrastructure development of water and wastewater in Braila county, in 2014-2020 will include: 1) Development grant application and tender documents: - Drafting feasibility study; - Making geotechnical study; - Development study flooding; - Drafting topographical survey; - Making wastewater treatment; - Development expertise structures; - Documenting approvals, agreements, approvals; - Making cost-benefit analysis; - Developing institutional analysis; - Sludge management strategy development; - Drawing up environmental impact assessment; - Development study on industrial wastewater discharges; - Acquisitions strategy development; - Support in the evaluation process of the application to final approval of financing (including financing by completing the application form); - Development plan of coordination; - Drafting tender documentation; - Support during the award process; - Making other necessary documentation: documentation for obtaining the building permit for contracts FIDIC Red, the final formal translation of all documents that comprise the application of funding (grant application, feasibility study, etc.); - Seminars presenting the SF and DA, preparation of promotional materials. 2) Technical assistance as the project during execution of works: - Technical assistance from the designer during the works, according to Law 10/1995.
