The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation together with obtaining administrative decisions that are the basis for the implementation of the investment for the construction of multi -family and single -family residential buildings as part of social construction. 2. Employment requirements based on an employment relationship in the circumstances referred to in art. 95 PZP: 1) The contracting authority requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing the following activities in the scope of the contract: Project activities; 2) During the implementation of the order, the Ordering Party is entitled to perform inspection activities towards the Contractor regarding the fulfillment of employment requirement by the Contractor or subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated in point 1.
