Contract time: 7 years with the possibility of extension by 2 + 2 + 2 years. Before the agreement is signed, a contract barrier is applied up to and including 2023-05-05 The ownership of the Treserva business system is held by CGI Sverige AB. Through existing agreement with CGI Sverige AB, the region has non-exclusive eternal rights of use to the operational system and its agreed program products/modules. Maintenance, support of Treserva can therefore only be provided by CGI Sverige AB as what is acquired is protected by exclusive rights.
