The basic duration of the contract is fixed at three years. It will be extendable to a maximum of five years, i.e. the possibility of two annual renewals beyond the basic duration, at the operator~s written request and after a unilateral decision by the GPMM, it being specified that the operator does not have no acquired right to maintain its occupation of the public domain.
