| Overview | Contract Award's Details : Labour Hire DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Azure Cloud Migration Support (Ffrg - Tsu) The Forest Fire and Regions Group (Ffrg) Technology Solutions Unit (Tsu) Project is Planning to Engage Arq Group Enterprise Pty Ltd to Assist with Migrating the Horizon Hosting Environment to Microsoft Azure Public Cloud, at an Anticipated Cost of $2,000,000 (Gst Incl.) and an End Date of 30 June 2022. the Quoted Cost to Undertake the Work Includes: A. a Fixed Price for the Configuration Stage of Azure Cloud to the Approved Design, to the Value of $44,000 Incl. Gst B. an Estimated Cost for the Remaining Work, to the Value of $1,300,000 Incl. Gst I. Following the Configuration of the Azure Cloud, the Project will be Divided into Two Time and Materials Phases which Require Significant Discovery and Design Work into the more than 500 Complex Servers in the Ffrg Application Environment. this Work will be Undertaken in Partnership with Tsu to Migrate the Full Horizon Application Environment to the Microsoft Azure Cloud and Optimise the New Azure Environment to Maximise Performance and Reduce the Ongoing Operational Cost. Ii. Tsu Seeks to Provide a Series of Purchase Orders for the Components of the Work, with Subsequent Purchase Orders being Conditional on the Performance of the Vendor. the Preferred Vendor has Agreed that Tsu is Able (At their Sole Discretion) to Engage Alternate or Additional Vendors for Work Beyond the Initial Purchase Order. C. a 50 Per Cent Contingency ($656,000 Gst Incl.) to Address Risk, Technical Complexity, Scope Uncertainty and Potential Additional Value...
