The procurement is divided into four (4) separate parts, Which are: 1. Layout services and graphic design 2. Operational planning of marketing 3. Promotional and promotional videos 4. Photographic services. A limited number of service providers will be selected for each lot and will form a framework agreement during the contract period. This acquisition does not include printing services, Strategic development or planning of nationwide visibility, Brand renewals, Or newspaper, Radio or other advertising space. The needs of the services are varied and the subscriber orders the services as needed.
