The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery to the seat of the ordering sets for the collection and preparation of blood and sets for hemaferesis treatments along with the lease of separators. 4.2. The contracting authority divided the subject of the order into 6 parts hereinafter referred to as packages. The contracting authority specified a detailed description of the subject of the contract in Annexes No. 2 - 2E to SWZ. 4.3. The contracting authority requires the offered range to have the required registration and current documents allowing for marketing and use on the territory of the Commonwealth in accordance with applicable law and qualification of the contractor of the subject of the contract and European directives.
