The subject of the contract is the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the provision of section 56 of the act on public procurement under the specified conditions in the tender documents, Which will deal with the production and delivery of two new low-floor (double-axle) electric buses with a total occupancy of min. 40 passengers and max. 9 meters including control, Camera, Information and tariff systems, And the production and delivery of 16 new low-floor (dual-axle) buses with electric drive with a total occupancy of min. 80 passengers and max. 12.2 meters, Including control, Camera, Information and tariff systems (hereafter referred to as a single electric bus or a vehicle, And also electric buses or vehicles).
