The purchase will be financed 100% by Apple so that ENDK never have expenses or lay out the money for the purchase. Given that the station solely to fulfill a need at Apple and the fact that purchase specified and funded by Apple, it is assessed that there is a mutual contract for valuable consideration, thus offering compulsory agreement. In addition there is, in view of the technical specifications developed by Apple, talk about a purchase, which is rated only be solved by one supplier in the market.
