The municipality will be replacing the existing solutions applied in street lighting to save energy. The aim of procurement is to implement optimal technical - technological - economic solutions that would reproduce the effects of significant energy savings, indirect CO2 emissions reduction, improved light-parameters and conditions of traffic safety and reduce potential risks of environmental pollution due to the use of environmentally unacceptable lighting fixtures (eg, sodium and / or mercury discharge lamps to gas) as well as the prevention of light pollution, and without borrowing the client or the need for immediate provision of additional funds for investment by the client. In accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the Law on Energy Efficiency (Official Gazette 127/2014, hereinafter referred to as the WEU), the bidder agrees to provide energy services for the period defined by their offer and contract and conduct subject-matter described in Section 2.1. the tender documents, including all investments that achieve energy savings, while the latter undertakes to pay a fee consisting of parts means that the client received as co-financing by the Fund and the amount offered and the agreed fee to be paid monthly to the tenderer, which is all the result of investments in improving the energy efficiency of buildings and defined offer and contract. Total final value of contract(s): 3 450 000 HRK Including VAT.
