Services within the scope of this contract include technical and administrative support services for the Project Management wastewater drainage system - agglomeration of Novi Vinodolski, Crikvenica, Selce during the preparation and execution of works 1. technical monitoring, management, consulting of the Contracting Authority, considering that all aspects which, in the professional judgment of the Contractor, may jeopardize the successful implementation of the Project and / or lead to a breach of the terms of the Contract (in terms of dynamics, quality of works performed, quality of equipment and planning) Finance) 2. coordinating all project activities and participants in order to successfully complete the Project, 3. financial monitoring of implementation, 4. legal monitoring of implementation, 5. managing risks and eliminating adverse consequences, 6. administering the Project implementation and project reporting in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the EU.
