The objectives of debt service to independent entrepreneurs are: - First temporarily supporting entrepreneurs in trouble to solve their debt problems and thereby a promising new start with their business. This is to prevent unnecessary business closures, creditors seen the largest possible share of money and we prevent inflows into the distribution; - Second, entrepreneurs who have a viable business support at the end of the business, so preventing further advancement of debts. The creditors see a (small) part of their money back and then ex-entrepreneur can make a new start as an employee and after a period of three years of debt. By guiding this ex will be faster self sustainable financially independent, even though it is in the second situation with a restart of the company but with a different income; - Thirdly, budget counseling. The cause of the problem is analyzed and dealt with. The objective of this tender is the contracting of two parties to carry out the required debt service on the franchisees.
