The investigation of other municipalities and the delays in decision-making have prevented the procurement from launching within the planned time frame. The city of helsinki has been unable to anticipate delays that are unforeseeable in nature, and therefore the contract period of the current acquisition period is indispensable to continue until the procurement is completed. In addition, as customers~~ travels have increased and the service is subject to new competitive daytime activities, a maximum of 15 new direct orders or hybrid vehicle capacity will now be purchased. The estimated direct purchase will take place until the end of march 2019.
