The State maintains multiple retainer contracts with vendors in each of the several categories of IT services. The retainer contract establishes (1) the process for a State Agency/Department to engage IT vendors for services in any of their awarded categories (2) the terms and conditions applicable to the vendor’s provision of services when engaged by a State Agency/Department, and (3) the roles and maximum allowable rates applicable to each category of service.
