We have a 4200 sq. ft. steel building with a 1200 sq. ft overhang which houses our recycling station. We also have a 3200 sq. ft. steel building which houses our transfer operation. Both buildings were built in the early 1990’s.We are in need of a structural engineering firm to evaluate the structural integrity of both of these buildings, and to provide a detailed report of findings to us. This report must prioritize the improvements and provide an estimated construction cost of each finding. This report will assist us by creating a capital plan for building maintenance.
