Replacement of the existing conference, event and multipurpose spaces with a new welcome centre. New tourism and visitor information services so as to reinforce the visitor offer and make the Park a premier cultural destination. New café, bar and possible restaurant solutions to serve both destination visitors and wider markets. New and improved tennis tournament facilities across the Park including improving the tennis centre and court provision and layout. Improved public realm and landscaping to the Park and the surrounding area. Whilst every effort has been made to consider the full scope of the requirement the Contracting Authority does not guarantee the volume of service required resulting from this tender or that it will accept any tender on completion of the tender exercise.
