The contract relates to the management of paddling pools, showers and water facilities on park land within 4 District Council areas in the inner city. Bids shall be submitted on the entire mission. Supervision, management and maintenance of the outdoor environment is a high priority to maintain job satisfaction, order and availability of the city~s residents and visitors. The aim of the work is to exploit the provider~s competence to, based on functional requirements, perform supervision, management of paddling pools, showers and water facilities on park land within the district administrations in Stockholm. The contract is implemented as joint procurement between the district Norrmalm Kungsholmen, ?stermalm and S?dermalm. The contract period is 2 years with an option to extend for 2 years. The assignment will begin to dams and other water facilities in operation in late May 2015 (week 21).
