The quantity, Established annually, Varies from a minimum of zero to a maximum value provided for by art. 3 of ministerial decree 10.10.2014 and amended by art. 11 of the biomethane decree. The biomethane is withdrawn by the gse at the points of delivery in the networks with the obligation of connection of third parties and is transferred to the psv pursuant to art. 6, C. 2 of the biomethane decree. The winning bidder will purchase the biomethane withdrawn from the gse and will have to guarantee the transport and balancing of the biomethane introduced into the networks and the specific destination in transport, Sustaining all the charges deriving from the performance of these activities without aggravating the same gse.
