The spare parts should be new, unused, in full complete by the manufacturer and to provide unobstructed operation of the technique for which they are intended. Depending on its needs, the contracting authority will request the supplies of quantities from the spare parts for computer equipment subject to the contract and will pay them at the offered unit prices within the estimated value. The quantities of articles are indicative (forecast) and do not give rise to the obligation for the contracting authority to declare the contracting authority the right not to order items subject to the public procurement, in the full volume of estimates.
