Stage I - Extension Of The 400 Kv South Medgidia Station (romania-bucharest: Transforme Contract award notice: Connecting the 400 kv isaccea-varna lea and the 400 kv isaccea-dobruja lea at the 400 kv south medgidia station. Stage i - extension of the 400 kv south medgidia station (romania-bucharest: Transformer substation) Extension of the 400 kV Medgidia Sud station inside the current perimeter of the station, and to ensure the space needed for the total number of cells, the technology used is the use of the SF6 capsule equipment (GIS) in an external solution. The configuration of the station will be as follows: - five LEA cells; - a CT cell; - two measuring cells; - two transformer cells T1 and T2 - 250 MVA, 400/110/20 kV. The 400 kV station will be provided with spare space, so that in the future it can be expanded with the following cells appeared as necessary following the solution studies performed so far: - four LEA cells; - an additional transformer T3; - three transverse and longitudinal torque cells that will be equipped with the addition of the additional lines and the T3. The number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 19. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information in two stages, Thus: on the 17th calendar day from the publication of the participation announcement and on the 10th calendar day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond only to the requests for clarifications addressed by the economic operators until the deadline established, according to art. 29 paragraph (3) of GD 394/2016.
