PT + DE elaboration; 2. PT + DE endorsement; 3. material supply; 4. execution of the fiber optic infrastructure; 5. installation of outdoor equipment; 6. installation of equipment at the dispatch and data center; 7. installation and testing; 8. PIF, system testing; 9. personal training. Any interested economic operator has the right to request further clarification or information regarding the award documentation. To the extent that requests for clarification are received at least 20 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all such requests for clarification on the 10th day before the deadline set for submission of tenders. The contracting authority is obliged to pay the price of the work to the supplier in 24 equal installments from the date of the issuance of the minutes of works receipt signed without objections.
