| Overview | Contract Award's Details : Execution Of Works - Bituminous Carpets (romania-zalau: Road-maintenance Works) Str. 1 Decembrie 1918 Nr. 12 Zalau Execution Of Works - Bituminous Carpets (romania-zalau: Road-maintenance Works) Contract award notice: Execution of works - bituminous carpets (romania-zalau: Road-maintenance works) The framework agreement aims at executing bituminous carpets which consist of the following works: - approaching; - restoration of bituminous clothing foundations (30 cm ballast, 20 cm broken stone, 8 cm BAD 22.4); - restoration of concrete clothing foundations without breaking tiles (30 cm ballast, 20 cm broken stone, 8 cm BAD 22.4); - restoration of concrete foundations with tiles breaking (30 cm ballast, 20 cm broken stone, 8 cm BAD 22.4); - pit fillings with asphalt mix BAD 22.4; - clogging of joints and cracks; - geocomposite siding; - take over unevenness; - bituminous carpet; - ditch discharges (0.18 m 3 / m); - road markings. The total estimated value without VAT of the framework agreement: the range 46 588 628.84 RON and 63 025 141.37 RON. Value in lei without VAT following contract I: the range 3 089 711.29 RON and 4 201 648.00 RON. Value in lei without VAT following contract II: the range 12 418 420.60 RON and 16 806 686.65 RON. Value in lei without VAT contract following III: the range 12 432 198,78 RON and 16 806 722,69 RON. Value in lei without VAT following contract IV: range 18 648 298.17 RON and 25 210 084.03 RON. The minimum and maximum value for the subsequent contracts is in accordance with the quantities of minimum and maximum works mentioned in Annex 2-2, Annex 2-3, Annex 2-4, Annex 2-5 in the specification. The duration of the framework agreement is 48 months. The execution time of the works, for each subsequent contract is six months from the signing of the contract. The contracting authority shall conclude at least one subsequent contract within a calendar year. Number of days by which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders / applications: 15. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications sent by the economic operators up to the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The way of carrying out the correspondence between the contracting authority and the bidders will be online, through SEAP, and Communication of the procedure result will be made through the e-mail declared by the bidders in Form 15.
