The acquisition is made on the basis of the necessity report no. 124 / 4.10.2018, Approved by the unit management. The medicinal oxygen produced on the spot will be delivered with the characteristics and conditions required in the specifications. The medicinal oxygen produced on the spot is absolutely necessary for patients with respiratory problems in the 2 locations of sjusm, Dysplastic patients and for sustaining breathing in patients etc. A framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 24 months. Within a candlestick year it is expected that an estimated number of mins will be completed. 1 subsequent contract and a maximum number of 12 subsequent contracts. The minimum and maximum estimated quantities of the framework agreements and of the subsequent contracts can be found in the annex to the specifications.
