(s): The object of the procurement is the supervision of the implementation of the Project Collection, drainage and waste water treatment of the island of Krk, which basically contains: - Activity 1 - Monitoring Services during the Construction and Upgrading of Waste Water Treatment Facilities; - Activity 2 - Monitoring Services during the Reconstruction of Water Supply and Construction and Rehabilitation of the Drainage System. The supervision services under this contract include services of expert supervision (construction, mechanical, technological, electrical and other) within the meaning of the Construction Law (Official Gazette No. 153/13), the Physical Planning Act (Official Gazette No. 153/13) (FIDIC Red Book, First Edition 1999 - Activity 2) and other applicable regulations and supervision in the sense of the Contract for Construction of Construction and Engineering Works by the Client~s Projects Contract Terms for Plant and Design and Construction for Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and Works by Contractor Projects (FIDIC Yellow Book, First Edition 1999 - Activity 1).
