Order no. 2013 / S 239-415825. Under an additional agreement specifies and adjusts the parties agreed functionalities over the contract option on the transfer of the website ft.dk to it under the contract established multi-site solution or the parties related agreements establishing additional functionalities for the website ft.dk For the agreed additional functionalities pay parliament an additional consideration to Pentia A / S at 800 000 DKK beyond the original contract sum of approximately 8,000,000 DKK. Amending Agreement is not subject to the procurement directive, as parliament considers that the amendment agreement contains significant changes to the existing contract between the parties.
