(s) this regional market concerns the acquisition, Delivery and commissioning of several individually ventilated cage racks for positive pressure bioexclusion for small axenic rodents, Mainly for the production service of the mixed service unit ums006 crefre (regional center for functional exploration and experimental resources). This contract may also cover the possible needs of the other inserm research structures in the midi-pyrénées, Limousin riding for the same purpose. The inserm regional delegation in midi-pyrénées limousin acts as a centralized service for inserm entities. This consultation is an open invitation to tender pursuant to the following texts: - ordinance no 2015-899 of 23.7.2015, On public procurement (article 42), - decree no 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on contracts (articles 25, 33, 66, 67, 68). This consultation will give rise to a framework agreement concluded in accordance with the provisions of article 4 of the ordinance of 23.7.2015, Concluded with a single economic operator, And articles 78 and 80 of the decree of 25.3.2016, Executed in as and when orders are issued. The frame agreement to purchase orders is passed without minimum order, And without maximum order. The resulting contract may be supplemented, In the context of its execution, By a negotiated contract or markets as provided for in article 30-i 4 a ) of decree no 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.
