Acquisition of equipment will be done in compliance with the requirements set by the specification correlated with the technical documentation prepared by the project. The estimated value of the acquisition is 22 181 669.58 RON without VAT, comprising: - 9532 361.06 RON value excluding VAT - the estimated value of the works to be procured under this procedure consists of: 1. Arrangements for environmental protection and bringing to its original state - 467 021.58 RON VAT. 2. Construction and equipment - 9040 855.06 RON VAT. 3. Organization of construction - 24 484.42 RON VAT. - The amount of 12 260 710.74 RON, without VAT - the estimated value of specialized equipment and specific furniture to be procured under this procedure consists of: 1. Equipment specialist - 12 166 107.57 RON, VAT excluded. 2. specific furniture - 94 603.17 RON, VAT excluded. - The amount of 388 597.78 RON, VAT excluded representing diverse and unforeseen expenses representing a rate of 1.785% (mention that this amount will be used in the event that occur during execution of works contract costs that do not show substantial changes the contract procurement and compliance with the legal framework applicable at the time) of the value of subsections / Chapters 1.2., 1.3., 2 and 4 of the general estimate.
