The object of the Act includes the following tasks: - Supply, installation and commissioning of 10 Local Control Stations Network (BAC Network) that will result from expanding 10 existing stations measuring network parameters (LAP) at key points of the internal distribution network in the city of Komotini, - Supply, installation and commissioning of 10 new Local Control Stations Tanks (Tanks Bac) resulting from the installation of telemetric measuring devices supply at key points of the water supply zones inputs internal aqueduct downstream of the feed tank of the city of Komotini, - Commission two portable stations measuring network parameters (NPT) (portable flow meters at key points of the water supply zones inputs internal aqueduct downstream of the city of Komotini Power Tank), which will be used additionally to calibrate the internal network, - Spatial mapping system that enables display of all equipment and related data in cartographic base for the exterior and interior aqueduct distribution network of the city of Komotini. The spatial mapping system linked with both stations Measurement Network (NPT) and the current system Telemetry External aqueduct, - Hydraulic simulation model, a detailed mathematical solving and redesign of new zones of feeding and control leaks in order to improve the supply of the city of Komotini with a rational water supply system. It connects to the measuring station network, the current system Telemetry External aqueduct, the spatial mapping system of external and internal aqueduct of the city and the Information system for recording and billing consumers - Supply and installation of the upgrade hardware (Server, Client, printers, projection screen, Manager Communications, etc.) of the existing Central Control Station (CCPs) - Notebook supply 1 Control Station (FSE) Type laptop, - Supply and installation of central software Tilelenchou- Remote (SCADA) and existing communications system management Local Control Points External Aqueduct and NPT internal network, - Factory acceptance tests and acceptance tests on the ground of the project (field tests) - Education-documentation, - Support-system maintenance.
