Due to increasing demand, the TGZ is now being sought as quickly as possible. The peculiarity of innovation, technology and start-up centers is that rental areas are planned and reserved for still unknown or regularly changing users. A building and area concept with maximum variability, flexibility and multifunctionality is therefore necessary.
