Based on the need communicated by the sections of the Buzau County Emergency Hospital, analyzed and harmonized by the Medicines Commission at the unit level, of the required medicines requested on the National Programs, listed above, submitted to the Purchasing Department by the coordinating doctors and program managers. - Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders / applications - 20 days, - The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for further clarifications / information within 10 days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
