The removing and replacing an existing redundant boiler with a new efficient gas fired boiler, providing a new flue to roof level, removing the existing gas boosters and converting the gas distribution system in the boiler house to a low-pressure system. In addition, the LTHW system again within the boiler is to be altered to provide a primary circuit, low loss header and reconnect to the existing main distribution system.
