For part of the order also includes: - Conditional contract tranches, whose confirmation of decisions taken by the French media authority CSA oversight about overriding the TNT multiplexes, depend to hedge certain endpoints and an additional line; - Added services included in the sole discretion of ARTE, in the context of the connection of the backup location Kehl and the establishment of a DVB MPEG-4 multiplex.
