The subject of the public contract services - security services selected end users and system administration terminal equipment ICTs. Estimated number of managed devices is 400, which serves about 250 users. The service will be implemented in workplaces in Prague and Brno. The required level SLA support every weekday from 8:00 until 16:00 with response time within 4 hours of reporting the incident to the time of settlement of up to 16 hours (of that period are counted in time consisting of time intervals 8: 00-16: 00 hours on weekdays). This SLA is applicable to all types of incidents. Providing services includes the management of MS Windows operating system, installation and management of approved software, management of PC accessories (local and network printers, scanners, cameras, etc.), the local access network resources (fileshare, printshare), endpoint security (antivirus and firewall , updates), recording hardware and software in the contracting entities under its internal rules, providing warranty service at an authorized service partner, providing customer service, renting the terminal equipment of similar parameters in case of repairs or reinstallation.
