Type of contract: The contract consists of a fixed part (common cleaning of the municipal buildings) and a part with purchase orders (exceptional cleaning services) passed with a maximum annual amount of 50 000,00 eur ht (identical amount for each renewal period). Award of a single market. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 12 months from 16.9.2019. The market is composed of slices: - firm tranche: Cleaning of communal buildings, - optional slice nº 1: Cleaning of the extension of the municipal technical center (ctm) + sanitary facilities of the annex building.
