Contract award notice: Routine maintenance work on plasterwork and painting not concerned with the problem of work in an asbestos environment in occupied dwellings, common areas and various premises. Lot 7 Coast. The consultation is divided into 1 lot. 20 lots have already been allocated. This lot is the subject of a framework agreement executed by the issuing of purchase orders without minimum or maximum concluded, subject to a sufficient number of offers, with 3 economic operators. The contract shall take effect and shall run from the receipt of the notification by the holder. Due date: 30.11.2017. Renewal: the contract may be renewed 3 times for a period of one year. The renewal provided for in the contract is tacit and the holder can not oppose it. The contracting authority shall take a written decision not to renew the contract at least 3 months before the date of expiry. The contract is concluded at unit prices. By way of derogation from Article 10.1.1 of the CCF - FCS, all prices shall be revised, where appropriate, at each renewal of the contract.
