The survey also aimed to obtain input on how the NIA responded to implementing hybrid work policies and practices and how it can improve the hybrid experience going forward. NIA is looking to use the results of the survey to engage in facilitated conversations with leadership and staff on effective hybrid work best practices and conversations on how to manage change during times of uncertainty and growth.
